Important Managing Agent Transition Details
Agent Alliance now has a plan complete to transition your business to your new MA. Please notice these important cutoff dates below.
April 18, 2012--Last Date Accepting Electronic Group Wide Changes (GWC's)
This concerns any standard group wide change that we submit electronically. Most Group Wide Changes are processed in this manner.
April 23, 2012--
Last Date Accepting Manual Group Wide Changes (GWC's)
Membership Changes, Quote Requests and Rate Renewal Certifications Discontinued
Service Requests via Phone, Email or Fax Discontinued
Commission Inquiries Discontinued
Agent Alliance will issue your last commission check (for March paid in April) around the 20th of the month, which is the normal commission payout timeframe.
Your business will begin to transition to your new Managing Agent the week of April 23 and we could experience some servicing delays that week. The transition should be complete April 30.
